Oktoberfest Outboard Servicing Promotion — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

  • The promotion commences at 12:00 AM on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 31 October 2026("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, immediate family members, and agents of Auckland Outboard Workshop are ineligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To receive an automatic entry into the draw, customers must book and complete a full outboard engine service or repairs with Auckland Outboard Workshop within the Promotion Period.

  • The invoice for the qualifying service must be paid in full by 31 October 2026 to validate the entry.

  • Strictly one entry per serviced outboard engine.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize consists of one (1) Dometic Cool-Ice CI 42 Ice Box valued at $325 NZD (RRP).

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or invoice credit.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The prize draw will take place in the first week of November 2026 at the Auckland Outboard Workshop premises.

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided on their service work order within 3 business days of the draw.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within 7 days, Auckland Outboard Workshop reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

6. Prize Delivery

  • The winner must collect the prize from Auckland Outboard Workshop or arrange for pickup at an agreed Auckland marina location. Shipping or courier delivery outside of Auckland is not included and must be paid for by the recipient.

7. General Terms

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Auckland Outboard Workshop reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

  • Auckland Outboard Workshop reserves the right to publish the winner's first name and general area/marina on promotional media (e.g., social media or newsletter) for publicity purposes.
